The villa sits in a quiet residential area of well-kept white-washed villas in manicured gardens, separated by quiet roads and walkways. Vale do Lobo has a pleasant community feel, and presents a relaxed atmosphere for a villa holiday in the sun.

Ground Floor

The central hallway of the villa leads to all its rooms. The main living/dining room is a spacious, airy room which is stylishly furnished with pale cream leather sofas gathered around a coffee table and the room’s television which has some satellite channels and a video. The living room also houses the villa’s phone, which is metered. The dining area has a large oval table and enough seating for eight people, and conveniently leads directly into the contemporary kitchen. There are large patio doors which lead out onto the covered terrace with pleasant views of the garden and pool. The kitchen is equipped with fitted cupboards at base and eye level, and has a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

As the villa is single storey, the four bedrooms can also be found on this level. The master double has fitted wardrobes to store all your holiday essentials, and an en-suite shower room. The master, as well as all the bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning, which is a delightful reprieve in the heat of the day. The second bedroom also has a double bed and fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The two remaining rooms are both furnished with twin beds and also have built-in wardrobes. They both share the separate family bathroom, which has a bath, wc and washbasin.

Outside

The stunning gardens of Vale do Lobo 515 are private and secluded and contain well established flowering plants and shrubs, as well as large leafy trees which provide welcome shade from the heat of the sun. The delightful pool terrace is accessed by steps down from the villa, and has a large rectangular pool with integral steps which can be heated. There are ample sun-loungers and parasols for your party, and the whole of the pool area is gated off – an excellent feature for those who need to monitor the movements of small children. There is also a built-in barbecue and outdoor dining furniture, ideal for dining out in the warm summer evenings.
