This townhouse is located in the heart of the well-known Vale do Lobo development, in a peaceful cul-de-sac with a traditional village feel; lined with cobble stone paths and landscaped gardens. The beach is almost on your doorstep; you can taste the salt and hear the waves.

The beach and Praca are only a short walk away from the villa. The long, sandy beach at Vale do Lobo is popular with local surfers as well as famililes holidaying in the resort. There are lots of sporting opportunities including golf, tennis, and horse-riding and there is a good range of water sports on offer along this section of the Atlantic coast.

There are many golf courses nearby; the nearest being the development's own two courses; Royal and Ocean approximately 1,5km from the house. Quinta do Lago South (the course used for the Portuguese open) and Quinta do Lago North are approximately 4km away.

Vale do Lobo shopping is within walking distance and the nearest restaurants are along the sophisticated sea front Pra�a (or promenade), where you can dine on outside terraces overlooking the ocean.

Nearby attractions include the 'Aqua Show' water park, a 15 minute drive from Vale do Lobo and the Zoo-Marine sea life centre theme park in Albufeira, approximately 25km away. The inland town of Loul�, 20 minutes away by car, has a craft market every Saturday.

Ground Floor

You enter this spacious townhouse into the open-plan, living area. The warm sun filters through the windows filling the space with natural light, which reflects off the simple white walls. The traditionally tiled flooring keeps the space cool. There is a wooden dining table and chairs to seat six, and behind this are doors opening out on to a terrace facing the sea. This is a great spot to eat breakfast in the morning sun and enjoy the lovely sea view. The living area has comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a satellite TV in the centre, and at the far end is a downstairs bathroom with a shower and toilet. A door leads through to the modern kitchen which has white-tiled walls and wooden units. There is an integral hob and a chrome extractor fan above. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. From the living space, a central, curving staircase takes you to the upper floor where the three bedrooms are found. There are communal lawns outside, partly shaded by mature trees.

First Floor

On your left is the first master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and doors out on to a small roof terrace with stunning views across the Atlantic Ocean, a great place to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee first thing in the morning. Back out to the landing, and on the left is the second bedroom with twin beds and doors out on to a sunny terrace. There is a separate bathroom next to the stairs, opposite this room, which is essentially for private use, since the others have their own en-suites. The third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are all comfortably decorated with wooden furniture, and fresh, pale fabrics.

The communal pools of Vale do Lobo are a few minutes walk away; the site has several pools which enjoy sea views and a spa area. Open from 0900 until 1800 every day, the pools are gated and there is a charge payable locally for their use.
