This villa is well-situated for easy reach of the beach, Pra�a, golf courses and shops and restaurants and also enjoys one of the more peaceful locations within the Vale do Lobo development.

The Algarve has a huge selection of golden, sandy beaches and Vale do Lobo's excellent beach is popular with local surfers as well as families holidaying in Vale do Lobo. As well as golf, horse-riding and tennis, there are plenty of water sports on offer along this section of the Atlantic coast.

There are many golf courses nearby; the nearest being the Royal and Ocean courses of Vale do Lobo.

There is an array of restaurants and cafes situated on the Praca (or promenade) that leads along the sea-front at Vale do Lobo beach, where you can dine al fresco on their terraces. Vale do Lobo Shopping has a good range of shops and is within a short walk of your villa.

Nearby attractions include the 'Aqua Show' water park, a 15 minute drive from Vale do Lobo and the Zoo-Marine sea life centre theme park in Albufeira, approximately 25km away. The inland town of Loul�, 20 minutes away by car, has a craft market every Saturday.

Ground Floor

The central living area incorporates a sitting room and dining area within a spacious room. Simple white walls and a smooth, tiled floor make this room cool even in the midday summer heat. The sitting room is furnished with two large armchairs and a matching sofa, as well as a television with satellite reception. Behind this is a dining area with a table and six upholstered chairs. To the left, a corridor leads off to the master twin bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. The separate kitchen, reached through a door by the main entrance, is fully equipped with a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. At the far end of the living area, patio doors lead to the covered terrace, looking out on to the green lawn. Next to these are the stairs that take you to the first floor.

First Floor

Here you will find the further two twin bedrooms and the separate family bathroom with full bath, shower and toilet. The upper floor benefits from access out on to an additional terrace, which gives greater privacy for sunbathing and nice views of the surrounding area.

Outside

The bright white exterior walls contrast against the colours of the garden; from fruit-laden orange trees to the shimmering blue water of the pool and leafy green shrubs. The green lawns to the back of the villa are partly shaded by mature palm trees, whose fronds drape over the ground and rustle gently in the breeze. The large swimming pool to the side of the house is bordered on three sides by the hedges which enclose the property, and surrounded by paving on which ornamental palms sit in terracotta pots.

Please note that during the winter months October 2006 to March 2007 there will be an extra charge for gas and electricity consumption during your stay which will be calculated land payable locally prior to your departure.
