Location

Located in the heart of Vale do Lobo, this townhouse is well-situated, being within easy reach of the resort's beach, shops and leisure facilities. The townhouse is within a peaceful area that has a village feel with well-kept landscaped gardens and cobbled paths. The rather basic but comfortable style of this property may be more suited to small families with younger children, or couples.

The Algarve has a huge choice of golden sandy beaches and the excellent beach at Vale do Lobo, just 500m away, is popular with local surfers as well as families holidaying in Vale do Lobo. As well as golf, horse-riding and tennis, there are plenty of water sports on offer along this section of the Atlantic coast.

There are many golf courses nearby; the nearest being the development's own two courses; Royal and Ocean, approximately 1.5km from the townhouse. Quinta do Lago South (the course used for the Portuguese open) and Quinta do Lago North are approximately 4km away.

Vale do Lobo shopping is within walking distance, and you can also visit the sophisticated, sea-front restaurants and cafes along the beach's Praca (or promenade) where you can dine al fresco on their terraces and watch the world go by.

Nearby attractions include the 'Aqua Show' water park, a 15 minute drive from Vale do Lobo and the Zoo-Marine sea life centre theme park in Albufeira, approximately 25km away. The inland town of Loule, 20 minutes away by car, has a craft market every Saturday.

In Detail

Ground Floor

This townhouse is traditionally styled with simple, clean, white walls and tiled floors, both of which give a fresh, calm feel to the living space. The front door takes you through to the cosy living room which has a television and comfortable seating for four people. There is also a cloakroom and doors out onto a large, sun-filled terrace which provides a tranquil space to relax and have a drink in the evening sun.

Ground Floor

FIRST LEVEL - There is small set of five steps leading to the first level. Here there is a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. Conveniently next to the kitchen is a separate dining room with a table and chairs to seat four, or you could take your lunch out on to the exterior patio and dine al fresco. Also on this level is the master double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.

First Floor

A small staircase takes you to the second level where the remaining twin bedroom is found. There is also a separate, family bathroom with bath and shower.

The upper floor above the second level is closed off; this is for the owners use only.

There is maid service 5 days a week.
