The apartment has a spacious, open-plan living area with dining table and chairs seating four, satellite TV, and several comfortable sofas facing the raised, open fireplace. This modern property has a light, calm feel due to the simple white walls and smart soft furnishings. Doors lead out from the lounge area to the terrace and pool, also flooding the room with natural light. The open-plan, fitted kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and next to this is a family bathroom.

First Floor

A set of stairs take you to the first floor where the master twin bedroom is found. It has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. It also benefits from a set of patio doors leading out to private terrace; a lovely sunny spot to enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning.

Outside

The main outside terrace has a built-in barbecue and a table and chairs for four, making it ideal for al fresco dining. The terrace also contains sun-loungers for soaking up the Portuguese sun, and a private plunge pool to dive in and cool off.

This modern two-bedroom apartment in the well-known development of Vale do Lobo is located within close proximity to the golden Algarve beaches, just 5 minutes away in the car. The shops and sea-front restaurants are also close by and there are plenty of activities such as golf, tennis and horse-riding within a few kilometres from the property.

The golden, sandy beaches of the Algarve are less than 2km away and are popular with local surfers and the families holidaying in Vale do Lobo. As well as golf, horse-riding and tennis, there are plenty of water sports on offer along this section of the Atlantic coast.

There are many golf courses nearby; the nearest being Vale do Lobos own Royal and Ocean courses, approximately 1.5km from the property. Alternatively the Quinta do Lago South (used for the Portuguese open) and Quinta do Lago North courses are about 4 kilometres away.

There are plenty of restaurants and cafes situated on the Praça (or promenade) that leads along the sea-front at Vale do Lobo beach, where you can dine al fresco on their terraces. There is also a supermarket within the development, roughly 1km away.

Nearby attractions include the ‘Aqua Show’ water park, a 15 minute drive from Vale do Lobo, and the Zoo-Marine sea life centre theme park in Albufeira, approximately 25km away. The inland town of Loulé, 20 minutes away by car, has a craft market every Saturday.
