Approach

Villa Adele is a newly built luxury villa, quietly located in a leafy residential area on the prestigious Vila Sol development. The approach to the villa has a calcada driveway leading to a covered entrance porch with pillars on either side of the front door. There is gated parking for up to two cars outside the villa.

Ground Floor

A hallway leads to a spacious living/dining room which is attractively decorated and furnished with comfortable seating, satellite television, a DVD player and music centre. There is a dining table and chairs to seat eight, and patio doors to a large covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

The fully equipped kitchen has modern fitted units and a range of appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a separate laundry room housing the washing machine.

There are three well-appointed bedrooms on this floor, each with generous wardrobe space and attractive, contemporary furnishings. Bedroom one has twin beds and an en suite bathroom and there are two further rooms with double beds and en suite showers.

First Floor

Stairs lead to the master bedroom on the first floor. This spacious room has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a full en suite bathroom with a double vanity unit. Patio doors open to a furnished terrace with views over the pool and stairs leading down to the garden.

Outside

Adjacent to the villa is a large covered dining terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The pool is a very good size, and is surrounded by a sun terrace with an open poolside shower and plenty of space for sunbathing.

Villa Adele is ideally situated for a golf villa holiday in the sun on the prestigious Vila Sol Resort. This newly built villa has a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance, whilst Vilamoura’s chic marina, shops and sandy beaches are just a short drive away. The nearby 5 star Vila Sol Hotel has an excellent range of leisure facilities available, including a fabulous health spa.

Vilamoura is a well known and favourite European golfing destination, and Vila Sol is just one of six world class golf courses in the resort, all of which are within easy reach. The resort also offers other outstanding sport and entertainment facilities. These include tennis, horse riding, water sports, and even clay pigeon shooting. Nightlife centres around the huge lively marina, which forms the focal point of the resort. There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants here not to mention the cinema and the casino. On the Northern side of the marina are the Roman remains of Cerro da Vila, discovered in 1963.

Vilamoura has two town beaches, Falesia and Marina, which have fine white sand and a good range of facilities. There are beautiful coves along the shoreline and another excellent beach at Quateira. For a family day out, take a visit to one of the water slide parks in the area, the nearest being Aquashow, which is reputed to have Europe’s largest wave pool. Situated on the road to Vilamoura from the Quatro Estrados crossroads, this recently built park also has ‘Malibu’ racing in mini Formula One cars.

The resort has good shopping and you can find a selection of designer boutiques, shoe stores, sports outlets, jewellers and perfumeries. The Algarve town of Loule nearby has a Saturday market where you will find an array of fresh local produce and traditional handicrafts.
