Approach
Driving up Vale Judeu, you are able to enjoy sweeping views of Vilamoura, a beautiful seaside resort edged by pine forests and wetlands. Pulling up at the villa, there is ample parking space on the driveway at the rear of the property. The front of the building is attractively designed with large archways over the French windows and balconies. The pool and gardens are laid out to the rear of the villa, and there are steps leading down to the garden and pool.
Ground Floor
As you walk in through the front door you find yourself in the spacious living room, with smooth beech flooring and three cream sofas. Offering ample seating, the comfy living room is a great place for a quiet siesta, or to gather for family card games. There is also flat screen satellite television and a DVD player. At the far end of the room is an inviting reading area with cushioned seats, coffee table, bookshelves and fireplace – the perfect spot to head for when the children have commandeered the main living area. From the living room, patio doors lead out to the garden. These glass doors allow you to enjoy the panoramic views from inside the villa.
From the living room you walk into the open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of counter space, gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. To enter the kitchen you pass a large wooden dining table which seats eight.
Heading back through the living room, a separate corridor leads you to the three ground-floor bedrooms. The master double bedroom features a beautiful wrought iron bed, an en suite bathroom, and access to the shaded terrace – a lovely spot to enjoy your first cup of morning coffee. Two twin rooms also lead off from this corridor. One of the rooms has access to an en suite shower room, and the other has access to a separate shower room. All bedrooms in the villa have their own satellite TV.
First Floor
A staircase leads you to the first floor, where you’ll find a twin room with en suite shower room and doors to a private sunny balcony.
Second Floor
On the next level is the fifth bedroom. This twin room has an en suite shower room and its own cosy sitting area. This area is perfect for couples within the party, or older children who might enjoy a bit of independence.
Outside
Stepping outside through the patio doors, stairs lead you down to the garden. The sloped grounds are landscaped into layers of grass, walled flowerbeds and shady trees, so it’s easy to find a private place to relax. Hidden away in the garden is an outside dining area, sheltered by flowering shrubs and plants. There is also a barbeque for al fresco dinners. From anywhere in the garden, you can enjoy sweeping views of Vilamoura’s pine forests and the ocean beyond.
From the gardens, steps lead down to the pool terrace. Edged on one side by pretty flower beds, the pool terrace offers plenty of space for private sunbathing. A curved, wave-inspired wall surrounds the pool terrace, its low dips allowing you panoramic views of Vilamoura. The generously-sized pool features integral steps for easy access into the water. Next to the pool is a small, circular child pool – perfect for young children who love to splash around.
