Villa Arabella

Approach

The villa is situated along a residential street and has driveway parking with lockable gates. The grounds are fully enclosed, overlooking woodland to the rear, and dotted with large umbrella pines that are so characteristic of this area. The main entrance is to the side of the property.

Ground Floor

The villa has an open plan living/dining area with a fireplace, a television with some satellite channels and comfortable seating. Patio doors open to a covered terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen has fitted units and a range of appliances including a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, whilst the washing machine is housed in a separate utility room.

There are two ground floor bedrooms, both furnished with twin beds. The rear bedroom has a dressing area, en suite bathroom and patio doors to the garden, whilst the front bedroom has the use of a separate family bathroom.

First Floor

A curved stone staircase leads to the master bedroom suite on the first floor. There is a small landing at the top of the stairs with an attractive stained glass window and a door through to the bedroom which is furnished with twin beds and has a dressing/sitting area and an en suite bathroom. There is access to a first floor balcony overlooking the pool.

Air conditioning is available throughout on request (local supplement payable).

Outside

The villa has fully enclosed grounds including off-road parking behind locked gates. The main garden and pool terrace are situated to the rear of the villa with woodland beyond creating a feeling of peace and seclusion. The Roman-ended pool is set within a paved terrace and sun-loungers are provided so you can relax whilst the children splash in the pool. There is a convenient poolside shower and a covered dining area with a barbecue for cooking outdoors.
