This semi-detached villa is laid out on two floors, with one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor.

Approach

Villa Ariel is located in a pretty street near the centre of Vilamoura, where tall green pines separate neat white villas. There is off street parking available.

Ground Floor

Inside the villa is an inviting living and dining area, which overlooks the pool and gardens. On one side of the room is the spacious living area. Two large sofas are arranged around an open fireplace. From here, patio doors lead out to the pool terrace. Leave these open any time to enjoy a gently, cooling breeze.

On the other side of the room is the dining area, which seats six. A doorway leads to the kitchen. Fully equipped, the kitchen facilities include a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a twin bedroom on the ground floor, with built-in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom.

First Floor

Upstairs are a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. Both are comfortably furnished with cosy beds, built-in wardrobes, and en suite bathrooms. The double bedroom enjoys access to a private roof terrace - the perfect spot to enjoy that first cup of morning coffee.

Outside

The living area patio doors lead onto the pool terrace, surrounded by neat hedges for privacy. The Roman-ended pool has steps leading gently into the water for easy access.

Beyond the pool is a grassy lawn. With plenty of shade from the bordering hedges, this makes the perfect place for the children to play. Adjacent to the pool is the furnished dining terrace, with a barbeque perfect for enjoying freshly cooked suppers.

Location

Villa Aires is located in a popular part of Vilamoura, only 1.5km from a supermarket, shops and restaurants. The stylish marina, with its long, sandy beaches is just 3km away, a leisurely stroll taking 45 minutes to 1 hour. Pinhal golf course is 2km away. The Vilamoura mini-train also runs nearby the villa for those who do not want to walk into the centre.

Villamoura is one of Europe's major golf destinations, and enjoys a cosmopolitan clientele. Almost every kind of sport and entertainment are on offer, including six golf courses, a waterslide park, sports clubs, horse riding stables, a shooting range, night clubs, a casino and plenty of restaurants and bars. The villa is just a short drive from the marina, where a variety of vibrant restaurants and bars can be found. The marina is also home to a wonderful array of flamboyant yachts, making it a great place to spend an evening strolling around.

Located between a fragrant pine forest, reclaimed wetlands and sparkling, turquoise seas, Vilamoura has been carefully built to incorporate the natural surroundings. Just 3km from the beach, the area boasts beautiful coastline with unusual red-coloured rock and pine-clad cliffs. For the avid historians there are a preserved Roman site and a museum providing insights to the area's past. Originally a Roman fishing town, the ruins include excavated baths in which the mariners used to bathe.
