Ground Floor

A large sunlit hallway divides the entrance level in two. On the rightside are the office/library, a TV room with seaview, a shower room and access to the front terrace and pool. To the left is the main split level living/dining area with modern, open plan kitchen. From here you can access a terrace and take in the marvellous seaviews. The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern appliance and the furnishings in both the dining and sitting areas is contemporary yet comfortable, with a central fireplace being the focal point of the sitting area.

First Floor

Mid level
There is one bedroom on this level which has its own ensuite shower room and walk-in wardrobe.

Upper Floor

A wide staircase leads to the upper level where three of the bedrooms are found. Each of these has its own ensuite bathroom and access to a terrace with seaview.

Lower Floor

Lower level

External access to a self contained apartment which has all its own facilities including kitchen area with dishwasher and washing machine, sitting area with plasma TV, double bedroom and ensuite bathroom as well as access to a lovely decked and furnished terrace. This apartment is never rented separately from the house.

Outside

This property is built into the side of the cliff, facing due south to the Atlantic Ocean and therefore enjoys the Algarvean sun from sunrise to sunset as well as cooling Atlantic breezes. The pool is set at the mid level of the house and is of an unusually long, narrow design, stretching along the whole front of the property. Ideal for serious swimmers who will enjoy the 24 metre swim from end to end. The pool width varies from 0.5m at its narrowest to 3.5m at its widest. This is a salt water pool, believed to be healthier and more environmentally friendly. A choice of decked terraces offer options for large groups and a portable barbecue is available.
