Whether you want to discover the child in you at Disney World or practice your swing at the Reunion Golf Courses, Sandy Ridge is an excellent location from which to discover all Florida has to offer.

Villa Augusta is newly built and has a high standard of furnishings throughout. The main living/dining area is open plan and contains a queen sized sleeper sofa bed. A fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar where you can grab a bite to eat or drink a glass of wine while you chat to whoever is doing the cooking. There is a separate dining area which has a dining table and chairs for more formal dining. The dining area leads to the sitting area where you can relax on the sofas and watch television or listen to music.

There are 5 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are master suites with queen size beds, TVs and en suite bathrooms. There are three other bedrooms (one double and two twins) sharing a further bathroom. The bedrooms are decorated with simple modern furnishings.

Outside the villa has lawned areas surrounding the house. The villa has its own private pool which is attractively curved in shape. The pool can be heated – great if you have small children for an additional £100 per week. Please indicate on the booking form if you would like the pool heated so that it can be switched on the day before your arrival. If you prefer, just bubble away in the Jacuzzi. If the weather is fine, dine al fresco on the outside dining area overlooking the conservation area.
