Villa Beatrice is located near Sa Rapita, in the south-eastern countryside. Sa Rapita offers the nearest amenities, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants all 3km away. The villa is 3km from the beach at Sa Rapita, an 8km stretch of pure, white sands.The nearest golf course in Son Antem, 10km away, near Llucmajor.

Sa Rapita is a sleepy village, with friendly inhabitants and plenty of local produce on offer. For a wider selection of shops and restaurants, head to Campos de Puerto (Campos for short). Just 6km away, Campos is a quiet, agricultural town. Every Thursday and Staurday, the place comes to life for a lively farmers market. The town is a friendly place with a selection of interesting shops and restaurants. The bakeries come highly recommended by tourists and locals alike. Founded in 1300 by the legendary king Jaume II, the town features plenty of historical buildings and many lovingly restored in the original style. When evening comes, you may want to sample a glass of the local wine and one of the welcoming local bars.

Around Sa Rapita, the countryside offers plenty of attractions and relaxing pursuits. Simply exploring the countryside in a car will lead you to hilltop villages, pine woods, olive groves and hidden beaches. Not far from Villa Beatrice is the village of Ses Covetes, which means “small caves”. The name is believed to refer to Roman burial chambers on the same site. However, most people are interested in the village for one thing: its beautiful, unofficial nudist beach, Es Trenc. Offering four kilometres of white sand and blue sea, Es Trenc is backed by sand dunes and a natural park.

Approach

Villa Beatrice is located along a country lane, surrounded by lush, green countryside. There is a large driveway with ample parking space.

Ground Floor

Entrance to the villa is across through the patio doors, which open into a light and airy living and dining area. On one side of the room is a dining area, which seats six. On the other side is a comfy living area, with sofas, coffee table and satellite TV. The patio doors open offer stunning views of the lush, green countryside and endless blue skies. Leave these doors open during the day to enjoy a cooling breeze, and let the children pass easily in and out of the sunshine.

The kitchen is very spacious, and has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and breakfast table. From the living area, a separate corridor leads to the comfortable master double bedroom, which has its own shower room.

First Floor

Upstairs are two more bedrooms, which share a full bathroom. Both are cosily furnished with twin beds and a wooden desk. From the first floor is access to a spacious roof terrace. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of morning coffee while taking in the view.

Outside

The living room patio doors open onto a shaded dining terrace, with a table to seat fours. The view stretches for miles around across flat, green countryside. The dining terrace connects to the very spacious pool terrace. The sun catches the pool all day, and there is plenty of room to stretch out by the water. Steps lead into the sparkling blue water for easy access. Villa Beatrice also has a barbeque, so you can spend the long, balmy evenings enjoying al fresco meals on the terrace.
