A large patio leads from the house to the pool and makes a lovely place for al fresco meals. There is a feature barbecue and comfortable terrace furniture in the garden area as well as a children's playhouse for the little ones to play on.

The interior of the villa is airy and spacious with whitewashed walls, tiled floors and large windows with shutters. Off the entrance hall some steps lead to the elegant and comfortably furnished living area, French windows lead to the outside terraces and to the pool and garden area. Dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a handy utility room and guest cloakroom.

Three bedrooms located on the upper floor, one double with en-suite bathroom and two twins sharing a bathroom. There is a reading area with a double sofa bed that can be used for two extra persons (please call us for details)
