Approach

This new villa is located in a pleasant residencia in a slightly elevated position to take advantage of the excellent surrounding views.

Ground Floor

The front door opens to an entrance hall. The bedrooms are all located to the right of the entrance hall. The two twin bedrooms are comfortably furnished with one bedroom having patio doors to covered terrace. Beside them is a separate shower room. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, twin nightstands, full en-suite bathroom and patio doors to terrace.

First Floor

Spacious and fully equipped, the kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The kitchen leads through to the open-plan living and dining. On one side of the room is the comfortable living area, with comfortable contemporary sofas arranged around a glass coffee table. The living area also has a TV with satellite channels and a DVD player – ideal for when the children need a quiet moment out of the sunshine. On the other side of the room is the bright and airy dining area, with a dining table to seat six. From here, patio doors open large covered terrace furnished for al fresco dining.

Outside

Stepping out of the first floor patio doors, you find yourself on the spacious covered terrace overlooking the pool area. This cool and shaded spot is furnished with al fresco dining in mind, with two sets of table and chairs and a barbeque.

On the lower floor there is also a covered terrace with plenty of sun loungers in the sun and shade, perfect for lazing by the pool.
