Ground Floor

The light, comfortable sitting froom has two large sofas facing towards each other and a coffee table between them. There is a separate TV Lounge offering satellite television; this is also simply but elegantly decorated with prints on the walls and a feature fireplace. Throughout the house, the rooms benefit from large, tall windows which allow light to stream in, and give the villa an airy, spacious feel. The wooden floors underfoot feel cool in the summer heat. The smartly furnished dining room has a table and chairs which can seat up to 10 people. Also on the ground floor are the fully-fitted kitchen/breakfast room with a microwave and patio doors that lead conveniently out to the barbecue area on the terrace. A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is also a cloakroom.

First Floor

Stairs lead to the first floor where the sleeping accommodation and bathrooms can be found. All the bedrooms have access to the large balcony that runs along the back of the property. There is one double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, and a further twin room with an en-suite shower room.

Outside

The villa is situated on a large plot which has been landscaped to provide a lawned area and mature trees and plants that border the property giving privacy and shade. There is a large terrace, an area of which is covered and contains a barbecue, making it perfect for al fresco dining. Also outside is the large, rectangular swimming pool and numerous sun-loungers on which you can soak up the warm Portuguese sun.
