All on one level, Villa Elmer is situated next to the fairway of the local golf course and has views over this down to the sea.

Two of the three bedrooms are accessed immediately you enter the villa. The double bedroom has TV and ensuite shower room. Twin bedroom with ceiling fan and a separate large full bathroom with double handbasins.

Open plan living/dining room has satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The open plan kitchen area is separated by a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

The third bedroom (twin) is glazed and curtained from the living area and has a handbasin and doors to the pool area.

The large heatable pool (10m x 4m) has a children’s slide (own risk) and large stepped in area at one end. There is a barbecue and outdoor dining area with awning to the side of the property and a shrubbed area with colourful pot plants completes the picture.

A great base from which to explore the south of the island, there are local shops and restaurants a few minutes drive away, access to the sea within a short walk, and the airport is only ten minutes away.
