This stylish and comfortable house is totally private and is accessed by a private cobbled road. Having been completely refurbished, it still retains its unique character but possesses all the modern amenities.

Ground Floor

Villa Epimenidis a comfortable interior with pale grey stone walls and a warm terracotta tiled floor. Light floods into the spacious living/dining area through the large archway that leads out to the pool. The sitting area has a fireplace, satellite TV, a DVD player and a Hi-Fi as well as a single sofa (bed). The fully equipped kitchen area has a microwave and refrigeration.

First Floor

A handsome wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Take a few steps up from here to the spectacular roof terrace, complete with dining furniture where you can take in the marvellous views of the village rooftops as you dine in the warm open air of a Cretan evening.

Lower Ground Floor

The lower ground floor has a further double bedroom, where the bed has been constructed from an old wine press, and again has a further single bed. The bathroom is down here and comes with an Aquajet shower, and is complete with hairdryer. The washing machine is in the bathroom.

Outside

The private courtyard houses the pool, which is 7m x 3m, and 1.3m deep. Large terracotta pots contain leafy Mediterranean vegetation, and the pool is ideally situated close to the entrance to the living area, so you can be inside, but still see the kids playing in the pool.
