Ground Floor

The front door opens to the living/dining area with access to the kitchen which has fitted units and a range of appliances including a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are patio doors from the kitchen to the furnished barbecue terrace so it is easy to make the most of the weather with al fresco meals.

There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor and a separate bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin.

First Floor

The master double bedroom is situated on the first floor and has its own shower room.

Outside

There is a furnished barbecue terrace with access from the kitchen at the rear of the villa and an L-shaped pool which curves around the side of the house to the front.

This family villa with pool is ideally located within walking distance of local shops and restaurants, in the midst of some world class golf courses. The nearest are Pinhal Golf, Vila Sol and Vilamoura Old Course, with several others in the surrounding area. The courses all have good facilities, with the Vila Sol resort having a very smart spa and a host of other leisure facilities on offer.

For non-golfing entertainment, there is the Aquashow water slide park, almost every sports club you can think of including tennis, horse-riding stables, a shooting range, nightclubs and even a casino! There are also countless bars and restaurants offering most international foods as well as those with a more traditional menu. The marina is a hub of activity where a number of vibrant restaurants and bars can be found, and also has a spectacular display of white yachts. The resort is great for shopping, with a selection of designer boutiques, shoe stores, sports outlets, jewellers and perfumeries.

Vilamoura has two town beaches with good facilities, Falesia and Marina, and there is an excellent beach at nearby Quarteira. The nearest beach is only 2km from the villa but there are plenty of beautiful coves to explore along this stretch of coastline if you wish to go a little further afield.

Nice restaurants around villamoura were nice especially around the Marina. Some nice walks around the area. Good variety of shops and a really good gypsy market only a short taxi ride away.

Vilamoura is a prime location, the villa was close by to shops and bars, with a 'train' to Vilamoura harbour running every half hour. Great golf courses close by, lovely Marina and beach. Great family place.
