Accommodation

Francesca offers a comfortable, enjoyable, and restful oasis yet conveniently close to all the Central Florida attractions including the theme parks, beaches, shopping outlets and resturants.
Built in 2001, the property was recently remodelled and upgraded throughout to the highest standards and is new to the rental market.

If you want some respite from the hectic round of theme parks and attractions, the villa offers a whole range of entertainment choices. These include a screened and heated (optional extra) swimming pool , fully equiped games room and 50" Samsung HD TV, High Definition DVD & 200 channel cable. Free calls within North America are included plus free wireless internet for laptop users.

Ground Floor

The villa is all on one level.
One King room with ensuite including large walk-in shower, toilet and double glass bowl sinks. One Queen room and one twin-bedded Disney themed bedroom. These share the 2nd bathroom which has a screened shower/bath, toilet and wash basin matching the ensuite. All bedrooms are newly carpeted and decorated. Each bedroom has a television (22" flat screen in the King room) and cable tv channels. Both bathrooms have newly tiled travertine floors and are freshley painted. A travel cot is provided free of charge as is a Playstation console and games.
The Living room is a favourite hangout for those who just want to stay in and relax in the comfort of a luxurious, comfortable L-shape leather sofa. The Lounge features a big-screen HD plasma TV, so you can catch the big game with the ultimate cable tv package (including High Definition) to suit everyone's needs.

The new owners have created a fully equiped games room with high quality, full size Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball Table and Darts for the enjoyment of guests; adults and children alike. The Games Room walls are tastefully decorated with national flags and wall art.

The villa kitchen has been newly remodelled for 2010 with all new appliances and equipment. Separate Utility room housing a washer and dryer. Guests can dine at the stylish breakfast bar and at the 6 steater, modern, open plan dining area that flows into the Lounge.

Outside

There is ample parking; either on the driveway or on the road outside the villa in this quiet, residential area.

Crescent Lakes is situated close to Orange Blossom Trail, just 15 minutes from Disney and 10 minutes from Highway 192 with all the resturants, bars and shopping. The drive from Orlando Interntation Airport (MCO) is approximately 35 minutes.

To find Crescent Lakes, travel along the 192 East away from Disney. Go past Kissimmee Old Town on the right (you'll see the Ferris wheel). At Poinciana Boulevard turn right. Go straight over the traffic lights (with 7-11 on your right). You will see Crescent Lakes to your right.
