Villa Graciana has one-storey accommodation with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has split level terraces with the pool on a lower level.

Ground Floor

The living room of Villa Graciana has two large sofas positioned opposite each other, and near to the room’s television, which has some satellite channels. There is also a DVD and CD player and the room has access out onto the terrace via the large patio doors. The villa’s kitchen is large enough to have a breakfast table and four chairs, and is fully fitted. There is a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine making the villa seem like a home from home. The kitchen door leads out onto the terrace.
The villa’s three bedrooms can also be found on this level. There is a double room with its own en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower, washbasin and wc. The two other bedroom are twin rooms, and share the separate bathroom which has a shower, washbasin and wc.

Outside

The split level terraces of Villa Graciana provide a pleasant place to spend a few hours basking in the sun and enjoying the facilities of the villa. The upper terrace has outdoor dining furniture, complete with parasol, and is close to the house, convenient for access to the kitchen, but there is also an outdoor barbecue. The lower terrace has the villa’s private pool, which is 7m x 4m and is 1.2m deep with a roman end and integral steps.

Location

On the south-west coast of Lanzarote, Puerto Calero can be found 3km south of Puerto del Carmen and only 10km away from Arrecife airport. The resort is a prestigious resort with a fine marina surrounded by high-class hotels and exclusive villas. The marina is the centre of the town’s life, and the place where you can find several restaurants, bars and boutiques, as well as some classy tourist shops.

In the marina, several companies offer trips which take advantage of the blue sea. There are catamaran excursions, submarine trips and if you prefer a little adventure, you can try your hand at deep sea fishing and try to land a Marlin or even catch a shark. For those who enjoy the sport, there are also a couple of diving schools which operate here, and provide equipment and lessons for the novice to the most experienced.

By the marina is a rocky cove, but the splendid sandy beaches of Puerto del Carmen are only a short drive away, and the famous beaches of Papagayo are a short trip along the coast.
