Villa Ilda

Approach

Villa Ilda is an attractive, comfortably furnished, single storey villa set in a large garden with mature plants. The villa is located in a quiet residential location close to Pinhal golf course and the quaint old town of Vilamoura.

Ground Floor

The front door opens into a corridor, at the end of which is the living/dining room. A delightful room with three sets of patio doors on a curved wall which leads out onto the pretty pool terrace, the room has pale walls and tiled floors, which keep the villa cool in the midday heat, and complement the room's comfortable furniture. A sofa and two chairs are grouped around the open fireplace, and the room's coffee table. There is a television for your enjoyment, and the living area leads directly into the dining area, which has a rectangular table and chairs to seat four. The dining area has a hatch through to the kitchen, which is fully fitted with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.

The villa's bedrooms lead off the corridor. The master bedroom has wrought iron twin beds, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. The other bedroom is also a twin with wrought iron beds and also has a built-in wardrobe.

Outside

Villa Ilda has a pretty garden of fluid curves - the pool is kidney shaped and the whitewashed walls containing lush green shrubs, mould the circular exterior of the house. The sun-drenched terrace is the perfect place to soak up a little sun, and the villa has loungers and parasols for just that. There is also a barbecue, and outdoor dining furniture for evening entertaining in the warmth of the Algarve evenings.
