Its position also affords easy access to the stunning white beaches and turquoise waters of the Bay of Alcudia, that stretch for over 10km, and one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca.

Front door opens into a spacious open-plan lounge/dining room and American style fully fitted kitchen with high ceilings and beams giving a light, airy feel. French doors open out from the lounge area with its brightly coloured sofas directly onto the pool, gardens and BBQ area.

Archway off the dining/kitchen leads to a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes with its nicely designed iron bed and en suite shower room in a delightful colour scheme of lilac and white tiles and step in shower recess. Further archway from the kitchen leads through to an inner hall that comprises on your left a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, to your right a further twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a complete bathroom with shower over the bath, in stylish cream tiles and feature spot lights. Note. Both twin bedrooms share this complete bathroom.

Outside

The lovely pool takes pride and place at the back of the Villa giving privacy, nestled amongst the villas natural gardens with established trees is surrounded by extensive lawns on two sides and a super covered terrace with dining facilities the other. Directly adjacent to both the pool and covered terrace, also nearby the pool is a mexican style tiled open curved exterior shower. Adjacent to pool and covered terrace is a free standing brick BBQ ideal location to allow you to enjoy outdoor style living and alfresco dining.

The bustling sea-front town of Puerto Pollensa with sandy beaches and plenty of restaurants and shops is 9km away. The beach at Puerto Pollensa Bay has warm, shallow waters, ideal for families with small children. It offers a selection of water sports, and facilities such as beachside cafes and sunbeds/parasols. However, there are also a number of small coves in the surrounding area for those who want more peace and seclusion.

The harbour of Pollensa Bay is home to an array of luxury yachts, as well as colourful local fishing boats. In the evening, take a stroll along the Pine Walk promenade, a pedestrian walkway overhung by palms and fragrant pines. This stretches from the marina to the beach, past luxury villas and apartments.

The quaint old town of Pollensa, with many restaurants, cafes and shops is also about 4km away. On Sunday, the main café-lined square of Placa Major is filled with market stalls selling local crafts and colourful fresh fruit and flowers. A nice stroll around Pollensa will lead you up winding narrow streets that date back to the 18th Century.
Surrounding and sheltering the town are the foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana, providing unforgettable views – and, for the more adventurous, opportunities for walking and hiking.
