Ground Floor

The large, spacious living room has exposed stone walls and terracotta tiles on the floor which give the room a cool refreshing feel even in the heat of the summer. A large tapered fireplace in the centre-point of the room, and two large cream sofas sit in front of it, along with a dark wood coffee table. A further wooden handled cream sofa is situated by the wooden patio doors which take you out onto the pool terrace. The room has a satellite television, a DVD and there is a CD radio.

A large stone arch separates the living area from the dining area, and here you will find a large wooden table and seating for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave and washing machine.

First Floor

A steep wooden staircase leads up to a bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and a sofa which can be converted into a single bed. There is a door which leads out onto a terrace with fabulous views of the village. Large terracotta pots line a covered area providing elegant furniture suitable for dining al fresco on those warm evenings that are so pleasant in Crete.

Lower Ground Floor

On the lower ground floor there is a further spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a separate Aqua Jet Shower and the washing machine is also kept here.

Outside

The enclosed terrace has a private pool which is 7m by 3.5m and 1.3m deep with an integral ladder. Pretty colourful plants line the whitewashed wall which surrounds the pool, giving complete privacy from nearby neighbours. There is poolside furniture suitable for dining and to while away the hours on a sun-bed reading.At the front of the house is a parking area and a small garden.
