Ground Floor
The arched front door opens into the main entry hall where a model of Cinderella’s Horse and Coach greet you. To the right is the large master double bedroom with open plan en suite shower room. On the left of the entrance hall is the very large living/dining room with piano and with glass doors to the summer conservatory room with wicker furniture and lovely views of the pool, gardens and mountains. From here there is a door to the games room with billiard table and Disney Castle. A door leads from here to the indoor pool, sauna, small gym, toilet and shower room. From the dining area a door leads through to the country style fully fitted kitchen with moveable centre island workbench. Doors lead to a separate utility area. There is a twin bedroom and a separate full bathroom also on this level.
Upper Floor
A staircase leads to a small landing with a step up to the hallway with a double bedroom and large ensuite full bathroom. Further along the hallway is a twin with its own ensuite full bathroom with semi circular bath. Both bedrooms have French doors leading to a large shared balcony with lovely views.
Outside
Large uncovered terrace with steps down to the lovely pool with Jacuzzi. Surrounded by extensive lawns and mature garden . Adjacent to the pool is a large sun terrace with stylish patio furniture and a stone barbecue, ideal for alfresco dining. A tennis court complete the picture outside Villa Layla.
Saturday changeover. Minimum 7 night stay.
Daily maid service (except Sundays and Public Holidays). Towel change twice weekly, linen changed once a week.
Cot and highchair available on request.
Indoor pool can be heated at additional charge.
