This three-bedroom townhouse is arranged on two floors, with the bedrooms upstairs.

Approach

Villa Leonilde is located in a pleasant development of linked townhouses set in grassed areas around a shared pool. There is an allocated parking space right outside the villa.

Ground Floor

The front door opens to a hallway, with double doors to the open-plan living and dining room. Attractively decorated in cream and spring colours, the inviting living area has cushioned rattan seating arranged around an open fireplace. In the corner is a TV with DVD player. French windows open out on either side of the room to well-kept lawns.
Behind the living area is a dining alcove, with a beech dining table to seat six.

Entering the spacious kitchen, there is a breakfast table on your right. Fitted with wooden units and chrome cooker, the fully-equipped kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Beside the kitchen is a guest cloakroom with shower and toilet.

First Floor

Upstairs are the three bedrooms, all decorated in modern citrus colours with wooden floors. The spacious master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The other double bedroom enjoys a private balcony terrace with views towards the sea – a lovely spot to greet the morning sunshine in privacy. Beside the double bedroom is a separate bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. The cosy twin bedroom has matching pine beds with a central nightstand and reading lamp, and a large window overlooking the gardens.

Outside

Patio doors lead out to the communal gardens with lawned areas, a spacious sun terrace and large communal pool. There is also a shallow children’s pool, where young children can splash around safely and a children’s play area. There are plenty of sunloungers and parasols around the terrace, perfect for lazing by the pool.

Villa Leonilde is located in a pleasant development in the Balaia area, just 2km east of Albufeira. Balaia beach is just 1.5km away, and there are a number of sandy beaches to explore, all within short drive of your villa. There are shops and restaurants just 500m away, making it easy to pop out for fresh bread or an evening meal.

When it comes to leisure, you have plenty of options nearby. Just 2km away is the Balaia Golf Village resort, with a scenic 9-hole course. Balaia Beach is a picturesque crescent of gently sloping sand leading to warm shallow waters, making it very popular with families with young children. You can also choose from a variety of water sports including water skiing, jet skiing, and sailing.

Once a traditional fishing village, Albufeira is now a sprawling town with plenty to see and something to suit everyone. During the day you can enjoy the sandy stretches of beach or browse the markets where local handicrafts and fresh goods are sold. In the evening, a wide variety of bars, restaurants and clubs fill the streets with people and life; locals sit on the terraces of traditional restaurants, the bars fill up with thirsty punters and all kinds of music drift across the air. You can admire the array of white yachts in the newly completed marina in the west. Alternatively, you could stroll around the Old Town and explore the maze of cobbled streets, past white-washed fishermen’s houses.
