The villa is situated in a leafy residential area and has electric entrance gates to a private, off road parking area.
Ground Floor
The villa has a stunning split-level living room with a marble floor and cream and lemon sofas arranged in a square around a large glass-topped coffee table. Steps lead up to the dining area through a wide archway, which is furnished with a circular glass table and chairs to seat six. Sliding doors open directly to the pool terrace.
The kitchen has fitted units and sleek granite worktops. There is an integral oven and ceramic hob, a dishwasher, microwave and large American fridge/freezer with ice maker. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in a separate laundry room. There is a convenient breakfast table and chairs and patio doors open to the barbecue area and pool garden.
There is a guest cloakroom with a WC and washbasin.
There are two attractive and spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, each with stylish en suite bathrooms.
First Floor
The master bedroom suite is situated on the upper floor and has access to a large terrace with views over the pool garden. This delightful room has a double bed, a dressing area with floor to ceiling wardrobes and a full en suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The room is also equipped with a TV and music system.
Air conditioning is available throughout for a supplementary charge, payable at the time of booking.
Outside
The swimming pool can be heated and is bordered by a high stone wall on two sides, providing privacy and shelter. There is a well-kept lawn to one side, with some mature trees and palms providing natural shade, and the villa is adorned with pretty climbing shrubs and plants in terracotta pots. The poolside terrace is equipped with sun-loungers and parasols.
There is a furnished covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen – perfect for leisurely lunches cooked on the barbecue.
