Ground Floor

The living area is cool and comfortable, with sofa seating, satellite television, DVD player and CD player. This spot is a relaxing place to unwind when you feeling like coming in from the sun, or to curl up with a DVD. At the other end of the room is a pretty dining area, with pale wood dining furniture to seat four. The dining area has patio doors which lead out to the terrace. Leaving these open anytime will invite a refreshing breeze in to the villa, and allow the children easy access in and out of the sunshine.

From the dining room, a doorway leads into the well equipped kitchen, with gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

First Floor

Stairs lead you to the first floor, where you'll find the three bedrooms. There is one double bedroom which has an en suite bathroom. From this bedroom, you step out of the French windows onto a large sun terrace - a perfect place for enjoying a morning coffee. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds and share a separate bathroom.

Outside

From the ground floor patio doors, you step out into the cool shade of the covered terrace. To the left, the pool bends around the terrace and is bordered by a verdant hedge for privacy. Surrounding the terrace and pool is a neat green lawn with a lush palm tree overhead creating welcome shade. On the terrace you'll also notice dining furniture and a barbeque for long, balmy evenings. Put some fresh lamb on the grill and relax while the sound of sizzling fills the evening air.
