Villa Molly is laid out over a single level, with cooling terracotta tiles, beamed ceiling and many interesting artefacts dotted about.
A covered porch leads to the main entrance. On entering a large living/dining room with Satellite TV, DVD player, comfortable sofas, feature fireplace and French windows opening to the garden terrace.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the usual appiances and walk-in pantry.
The bedroom area comprises of one double room and two twin rooms. Two full bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
The private tennis court is set to one corner of the well maintained gardens with a good sized lawn area.
The swimming pool is surrounded with comfortably furnished sun terraces. The excellent BBQ casita has a bread oven and washing facilities.
