On a large corner plot in the residential area of Suenzo Azul, Villa Nina is a single storey villa in well kept gardens and offers sea and mountain views from the upper terrace. The property is within a short walk of the local bars, shops and restaurants of Callao Salvaje.
Callao Salvaje is a growing resort with a number of Spar-style supermarkets, a pharmacy, banks and a selection of bars and restaurants offering a variety of cuisine to suit most tastes. The resort is reasonably low-key, but is very close to the bright lights and action of Playa de las Americas (10 minute drive) so is perfect for those who want access to a lively resort, but wish to spend their holiday in a more peaceful environment. Callao Salvaje has a rocky cove on its shoreline, but is within a short drive of Fañabe’s stunning sandy beaches, and Playa de las Americas has all the vibrant beach life that you would expect from a well-established resort.

Approach
Villa Nina is set in an elevated position with views over the rooftops towards Callao Salvaje.
Ground Floor
Villa Nina has been recently renovated and offers comfortable accommodation for a pleasant villa holiday. The living/dining room of Villa Nina is a pleasant airy room with tiled terracotta floors and large patio doors onto the pool terrace. There is comfortable seating for six people, a TV with some satellite channels and a DVD, as well as a CD player. The rectangular wooden dining table has seating for six people and is next to the open plan kitchen with its breakfast bar and stools. This large room can be kept cool by the overhead fan.The kitchen is American style and equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and a large fridge/freezer.
The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, which has a bath with overhead shower, wc and washbasin. The second bedroom has twin beds and contains a free-standing fan. The third bedroom has a single bed, with a pullout single underneath and these two rooms share the separate bathroom which has a shower, and houses the washing machine.
Outside
Through the patio doors from the living room, you will find the private Roman style pool, which can be heated during the winter months. The pool measures 7.8m x 2.8m and is 1-1.5m deep, and is set in a large patio area that is complete with sun-loungers and outdoor dining furniture. There is an open poolside shower and portable barbecue, and a roof terrace which has lovely views over the terracotta rooftops towards the sea.

The pool can be heated during the winter months, and this is included in the cost.
