Villa Pelin is one of six private air conditioned villas with pools, conveniently situated in the resort of Ortakent. The villa enjoys superb views to the sea and is within a short drive of the beach and all amenities.

Ground Floor

The entrance to Villa Pelin is on ground level and leads into the light and airy open plan living/dining/kitchen. This stylish living space has contemporary furnishings, with a satellite TV (limited channels available) and DVD player (bring your own and children’s favourites). The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a dining table and chairs. Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace, which offers fabulous views across open countryside to the sea.

First Floor

Two of the three air conditioned double bedrooms are located on the first floor of the property, both with en suite bath/shower rooms and access to a small balcony overlooking the pool.

Outside

Next to the pool area is a separate annexe with the third double bedroom, which has air conditioning and its own full en suite bathroom.

The villa has an attractive terrace surrounding the pool, equipped with sun-loungers, dining furniture and a portable barbecue. There is also an organic vegetable garden next to the villa, with guests encouraged to pick their own their own vegetables whenever they wish.

Additional Information

Changeover day Monday. Linen and towel change once a week. Refresher clean on Mondays for two week stays.

Villa Pelin is one of a group of six private villas with pools located on the outskirts of the resort of Ortakent, around an hour’s drive from Bodrum airport. The property is nestled on a hillside overlooking the sea – there are superb views to enjoy and all amenities are within a few minutes drive. The owners live nearby and are happy for guests to pick the organic fruit and vegetables which grow in the gardens surrounding the villas.

The longest beach on the peninsula, the beach at Ortakent is steeply shelving and considered excellent for water sports. There are several cafes, shops and restaurants at the head of the bay whilst the main village is situated some 2 to 3km inland. Due to its central position within the peninsula, this resort offers quick and easy access to all the neighbouring resorts and amenities. Beautiful beaches nestle in rocky coves lapped by an azure sea and you can explore traditional bazaars and ancient ruins. The bohemian and upmarket resort of Bodrum, a short drive away, has a special atmosphere with its picturesque white washed houses and bustling marina.
