Villa Real is ideally situated for a golf villa holiday in the sun on the prestigious Vilasol Spa and Golf Resort. This newly built villa has a choice of shopping and dining facilities within walking distance and is just a short drive from the centre of Vilamoura. Vilamoura’s chic marina and a sandy beaches are within a five minute drive.

Vilamoura is a well known and favourite European golfing destination, and Vilasol is just one of 6 world class golf courses in the resort, all of which are within easy reach. The resort also offers other outstanding sport and entertainment facilities. These include tennis, horse riding, water sports, and even clay pigeon shooting. Nightlife centres around the huge lively marina, which forms the focal point of the resort. There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants here not to mention the cinema and the casino. On the Northern side of the marina are the Roman remains of Cerro da Vila, discovered in 1963.

Vilamoura has two town beaches, Falesia and Marina, which have fine white sand and a good range of facilities. There are beautiful coves along the shoreline and another excellent beach at Quateira. For a family day out, take a visit to one of the water slide parks in the area, the nearest being Aquashow, which is reputed to have Europe’s larges wave pool. Situated on the road to Vilamoura from the Quatro Estrados crossroads, this recently built park also has ‘Malibu’ racing in mini Formula One cars.

The resort has good shopping and you can find a selection of designer boutiques, shoe stores, sports outlets, jewellers and perfumeries. The Algarve town of Loule nearby has a Saturday market where you will find an array of fresh local produce and traditional handicrafts.

Approach

Villa Real is quietly located in a residential area and has walled frontage with a gate leading to the villa’s impressive pillared entrance porch. The villa sits amidst attractive landscaped gardens with lawns and terraces, and there are hedges and palms helping to screen the villa from neighbouring properties on the prestigious Vilasol resort. Pretty cobbled pathways lead around the villa in both directions to the main garden areas.

Ground Floor

The villa has a spacious and well-appointed living room with a pale tiled floor and three sets of patio doors giving the room a light and airy feel. There is a part glazed doorway to the dining room which has a modern rectangular table with seating for eight, a sideboard and patio doors on two sides, two of which open conveniently to the barbecue terrace.

The kitchen is bright and modern with stylish maple units and integrated appliances including a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a separate guest cloakroom.

The double bedroom on this floor has an en suite bathroom with a bath and overbath shower, WC and washbasin.

First Floor

Upstairs are three further bedrooms, 2 twins and a double. One twin room has an en suite shower room with a shower, WC and washbasin and there are two separate family bathrooms. There is also access to a lovely roof terrace from the first floor.

Outside

The villa is surrounded by attractive gardens which are well-maintained, mainly laid to lawn with leafy palms and shrubs providing shade and colour. There is a fence and hedge border and a gated front entrance.

Adjacent to the living room is a covered dining terrace and a smart paved sun terrace with space for sunbathing around the lovely rectangular pool. There is an area of lawn at one end of the pool where children can play whilst you relax, and also an open poolside shower which is useful for washing off sand after a trip to the beach. The large built-in barbecue has a pergola shaded terrace and is conveniently close to the dining room
