Villa Reeves is located in Vilamoura, in the Algarve. Falesia Beach is 3km from the villa. There is a supermarket and a restaurant 1km away. The villa is next door to the impressive Millennium 18-hole golf course.

Villamoura is one of Europe's major golf destinations, and enjoys a cosmopolitan clientele. Almost every kind of sport and entertainment are on offer, including six golf courses, sports clubs, horse riding stables, a shooting range, night clubs, a casino and plenty of restaurants and bars. The villa is just a short drive from the marina, where a variety of vibrant restaurants and bars can be found. The marina is also home to a wonderful array of flamboyant yachts, making it a great place to spend the evening strolling around.

Located between a fragrant pine forest, reclaimed wetlands and sparkling, turquoise seas, Vilamoura has been carefully built to incorporate the natural surroundings. Just 3km from the beach, the area boasts beautiful coastline with unusual red-coloured rock and pine-clad cliffs. For the avid historians there are a preserved Roman site and a museum providing insights to the area's past. Originally a Roman fishing town, the ruins include excavated baths in which the mariners used to bathe.

Ground Floor

Coming through the front door, you arrive in the spacious living/dining area. The room is light and airy, with high ceilings and marbled floors. There is a dark-wood dining table that seats ten. Two sets of patio doors open onto the pool terrace and let a delightful breeze into the house. A doorway leads you into the fully equipped kitchen, with gas range, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A corridor leads off from the dining room to three twin bedrooms. The master twin bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and the smaller twin bedrooms share a shower room.

Ground Floor

Lower Level -
A few steps bring you to a lower level, where there is an additional sitting room with comfy chairs and coffee table. This extra sitting room would be great for older children or teenagers who enjoy a bit of independence. It also has a satellite TV and French windows that open out onto the garden.
From here, a corridor leads to a double bedroom and twin room. Both bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom.

Outside

Patio doors lead you out onto a shaded terrace overlooking the gardens and golf lake. The terrace has a barbeque and comfy dining furniture - perfect for long lunches with family and friends. During cooler months, the pool can be heated. Mature trees cast dappled shade over the large lawn - a perfect place for children to play.
