Ground Floor

There is a spacious entrance hall leading to the large living/dining room with patio doors to the garden and pool. The dining table is positioned at the far end of the room and there are various seating areas with stylish sofas and armchairs arranged around the fireplace and television (with satellite channels and a DVD player). The kitchen has cream painted units with blue detail, and is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Patio doors give convenient access to the garden.

There are three double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and an en suite bath or shower room. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and all the rooms benefit from patio doors leading out to the pool terrace – ideal if you enjoy a swim first thing in the morning.

First Floor

The fourth bedroom has twin beds and is situated on the upper floor which is open plan. Leading directly off this room is the games room, with a full size slate bed pool table and a bar area with a wine/beer cooler. A great place to head to for some after dinner entertainment, the games room also has a door to the upper terrace which is furnished with a patio table and chairs

Outside

Electric gates open to the villa’s private parking area and the villa is surrounded by large, mature grounds with palm and pine trees. Sun loungers are lined up beside the 9m x 5m swimming pool which has a rockery at one end. There is a brick-built barbecue with a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining and various covered and open terraces. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board/iron and clothes airer plus an exterior shower room with a large shower, WC and washbasin.
