Location
This villa is accessed via a track that leads to a quiet, sandy beach approximately 1km further on. The villa is set amidst private and secluded gardens yet is within easy reach of some of the Algarve’s best loved resorts. The nearest shop is only 1.5km away at Quarteira and there is a selection of restaurants nearby, the closest being just 500m away. The town of Almancil and the popular resort of Vilamoura are around 4km from the villa, with the extensive leisure and shopping facilities of Vale do Lobo and Quinta da Lago just 5km and 6km away respectively.
The golden, sandy beaches of the Algarve are popular with local surfers and the families holidaying in Vale do Lobo. As well as golf, horse-riding and tennis, there are plenty of water sports on offer along this section of the Atlantic coast.
There are many golf courses nearby including the Vila Sol course with 27 holes approximately 1km away.
Nearby family attractions include the ‘Aqua Show’ water park, only 1.5km from the villa and the Zoo-Marine sea life centre theme park in Albufeira, approximately 25km away. Quarteira has a market every Wednesday where you can shop for souvenirs and there is a daily food market there selling fresh fish, meat and local vegetables. The inland town of Loulé, is about 20 minutes away by car and has a craft market every Saturday where a good range of locally-made brass, copper and leather goods are displayed.

Approach
Villa Riffi is approached along a track lined with umbrella pines whose branches create dappled shade.
Ground Floor
This villa is laid out on one level and has a spacious living/dining area furnished with an elegant, dark wood dining table with chairs for six, comfortable seating and a TV. It is attractively decorated and has a homely feel with framed prints on the walls and indoor plants dotted around. There is a large set of glass patio doors framing the lovely view down the terrace towards the pool, creating the impression that the terrace is part of the living space.
The kitchen, to the front of the property, has a microwave, fridge/freezer and oven with hob. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine.
The three bedrooms are all furnished with twin beds and the master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the garden via patio doors. In addition, there is a separate family bathroom.
Outside
A long, wide terrace leads from the living area down towards the pool where there are sun-loungers for relaxing in the sunshine. The property is surrounded by the umbrella pines that are typical of the Eastern Algarve coastline, providing shade and privacy. These trees line the extensive terrace and create a screen along the back of the pool. There is a barbecue and outdoor furniture to seat four; the large private space creates an ideal setting for al fresco dining. At the end of the terrace are wide steps leading down to the oval-shaped pool which is enclosed within its own terrace. This arrangement means that anyone splashing about in the pool does not disturb those lazing with a book on the terrace.
