Villa Sancha is a single storey villa, where the accommodation is arranged on one level.

A covered terrace leads into a long living/dining area which is traditionally decorated with pale walls, tiled floors and beamed ceilings. At one end is comfortable seating for your party gathered around a charming stone fireplace, and there is a television which has some satellite channels and a DVD player and hi-fi. At the other end of the room is a large rectangular table with seating for six people and the room benefits from large patio doors which open onto the delightful pool terrace with its lovely views of the countryside. The large and modern fitted kitchen leads off this area and comes equipped with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is a door from the kitchen leading to the back of the villa where the built-in barbecue is.

Off the lounge are the villa’s bedrooms – one double and two twin bedrooms. They all have the use of a shower room and a separate bathroom, complete with bath, wash basin and wc. All the rooms are stylishly furnished with pale walls and tiled floors, and have ample storage space for your holiday belongings.

Location

This charming authentic bungalow style villa is set on a corner block in the countryside Ternells road, not far from the old town of Pollensa (2km). Pollensa is an old Roman town with narrow cobbled streets which hark back to another era. The town’s central square Placa Major is the centre of the town’s evening entertainment, and home to many cafes and restaurants. On a Sunday morning the square is alive with the town’s market.

The closest beach is Puerto Pollensa, 6.4km away, a sweeping horseshoe bay where the sand gently shelves into the blue water, making it an ideal place for families. Puerto Pollensa has a lovely promenade Pine Walk which stretches from the beach to the marina and is overhung with leafy palm trees – a popular place for an evening stroll.
Puerto Alcudia, a little further along the coast has an 11km stretch of white sand with all the lively beach life you would expect from an established resort. Puerto Alcudia has a good selection of restaurants and shops to choose from, lining pedestrianised walk ways, along with plenty of late-opening cafes and bars.
