Approach
This charming, traditional style villa, built from local stone is set in an elevated position against a backdrop of wooded hills. The pool and garden area will be a great place to relax and enjoy long lazy swims and fun filled barbeques.
Ground Floor
This is an open plan area with natural light coming from windows and the patio doors leading on to a covered terrace adjacent to the pool. A lounge effect is created by placing comfortable sofas and the TV within close proximity to the patio doors. The dining room furniture is placed in front of windows looking out on to the beautiful Cretan scenery. A lovely feature of this room is a fireplace set in a wall of rose pink local stone. Windows and patio doors are offset by golden yellow curtains. There is a fitted kitchen fully equipped with microwave, Fridge, dish washer and washing machine. The open plan effect lends itself to relaxed, informal living.
There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room that could be used by wheelchair users.
The ceilings of this lovely house are lined with soft, orange hued wood, cross sectioned with beams.
First Floor
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is furnished in a combination of modern and antique style with French windows that open on to a large terrace. Sit and let your thoughts wander as you chill out and gaze over the undulating countryside. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room with doors leading on to a small balcony.
Outside
The garden is designed for outdoor living and al fresco dining. Tuck yourself away under the arched terrace if you have had enough sun or enjoy a game of Frisbee with the children before jumping into the pool to cool off.
