Villa Thelma

Approach

Villa Thelma is a luxurious new villa which has been constructed in a traditional style with white-painted exterior walls, terracotta roof tiles and shuttered windows. Quietly situated in a peaceful residential setting, the villa is surrounded by attractive lawned gardens landscaped with trees and flowering shrubs.

Ground Floor

The spacious entrance hall leads to the villa’s light and airy living area which is open-plan with French doors opening to the garden on three sides. There is a formal dining area through an archway at one end with an oak dining table and seating for eight people. The comfortable sitting area is elegantly furnished with white and cream upholstered sofas and armchairs grouped around two low coffee tables beside a large traditional fireplace. The French windows are draped with full-length white curtains and open to a lovely covered dining terrace which overlooks the pool garden. Against one wall is a sideboard with a stereo system and there is also a television with some satellite channels and a DVD player.

The bright and modern kitchen is fitted with light oak shaker style units and has integrated appliances including a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and fridge/freezer. There is also a microwave and coffee maker. The washing machine and tumble dryer are conveniently located in a separate laundry room. There is a guest cloakroom on the ground floor with a WC and washbasin.

There are two well furnished ground floor bedrooms, each with twin beds, air conditioning, a TV and plenty of wardrobe space. The first has patio doors opening to the terrace and pool garden and an en suite shower room with a shower, WC, twin washbasins and bidet. The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

First Floor

The spacious master bedroom has a double bed and benefits from a lovely terrace with views across the pool and garden – a perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee. It also has a stylish en suite bathroom with a bath and overbath shower, WC, a vanity unit with twin washbasins and a bidet. The fourth bedroom has an en suite bathroom, twin beds and patio doors to a terrace overlooking the garden.

Outside

The villa is set in attractive lawned gardens which are planted with colourful shrubs, palms and trees with a hedge border. Adjacent to the living room is a delightful covered dining terrace furnished with patio dining furniture and a large built-in barbecue so you can make the most of the sunshine with al fresco meals. A shallow step leads down to the lawn and pool area which is surrounded by a paved sun terrace and equipped with sun-loungers. The pool itself measures 10m x 6m and has a Roman end with integral steps, with a convenient open poolside shower.
