This villa is located in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo and has all amenities within close proximity. The villa overlooks the tennis courts and you are entitled to use the communal pool here. Alternatively you can spend some time having beauty treatments, play squash, golf, visit a gym, go horse-riding or take part in the wide variety of water sports available on the coast. Vale do Lobo has two superb 18-hole golf courses, the Ocean and the Royal just a short distance away, the Ocean featuring undulating fairways which lead down to the Atlantic along the edge of the nature reserve. The Royal Golf Course’s fairways are gently rolling and set amidst pine trees and lakes.

The beach, just 2km from the villa is a dune-backed 2km long stretch of fine white sand bordering the clear blue waters of Atlantic Ocean. Popular with local surfers and holidaymakers alike, here you can hire sun beds and parasols and spend a lazy day in the sun, perhaps visiting the fashionable beachside restaurant for a long lunch.

Vale do Lobo has lots of facilities within walking distance and there are plenty of smart cafes and restaurants lining the sophisticated sea-front ‘Praça’ (or promenade) along Vale do Lobo beach; here you can dine al fresco on the terraces and watch the world go by. Evening entertainment includes live music.

The tranquil old town of Faro, regional capital of the Algarve is only around 20km away, where you can explore the maze of narrow pedestrian streets and alleyways or view the wonderful Renaissance style cathedral in the central town square.

Nearby family attractions include the ‘Aqua Show’ water park, a 15 minute drive from Vale do Lobo and the Zoo-Marine sea life centre theme park in Albufeira, approximately 25km away. The nearby fishing village of Quarteira has a big market on Wednesdays or you can visit the inland town of Loulé, 20 minutes away by car, has a craft market every Saturday where the traditional, local craftsmen display their wares.

Ground Floor

Step into the villa's spacious marble floored living/dining room which has a hexagonal-shaped dining table with seating for six at one end and a comfortable living area at the other. Sofas and armchairs with plenty of scatter cushions are set around a large coffee table opposite a traditional wood burning fire and chimney. The television offers satellite channels and there is also a DVD player. French sliding doors open to the covered pool terrace which has a built-in barbecue and bar area, perfect for al fresco entertaining.

The kitchen is large and bright with white units, a tiled floor and all the facilities you could need, including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a clothes dryer. A convenient hatch opens to the dining room.

Two well furnished twin bedrooms are located on this floor, both light and airy with white painted walls and cool tiled floors. They share a separate bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin and there is also a further cloakroom with a WC and washbasin.

First Floor

The attractive master bedroom is upstairs and decorated in a similar style to the ground floor twin rooms. This room has the convenience of an en-suite bathroom and has access through patio doors to its own roof terrace from where you have a great view of the tennis courts at the nearby tennis centre.

Outside

The swimming pool is set within a sun-drenched terrace which is surrounded by a low white painted wall. There are sun-loungers for relaxing in the Algarve sunshine and a pleasantly shaded covered terrace with outdoor dining furniture. The built-in barbecue and bar are perfect for al fresco dining, especially if you are able to entertain friends. Tall pine trees and palms are visible beyond the villa's boundary.
