Interior

This pleasant villa has three bedrooms, one double and two twin. The double room enjoys the luxury of an en suite bathroom, whilst the other rooms share a separate bathroom. The open-plan living / dining area is light and spacious, and features an open fireplace and satellite TV. The dining table looks out through French windows onto the swimming pool and bay beyond. The modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.

Exterior

Outside, the swimming pool with roman steps at one end is surrounded by a terrace, providing plenty of space to lounge about. From the pool, situated at the edge of the property, it is possible to admire the views. There is a covered terrace area as well as an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, meaning al fresco dining is simply a must on those balmy summer nights. A roof terrace offers yet more space to enjoy the sun and chill out. The whole property sites in a private garden, with a garage and covered parking. It should be noted that there are several steps up to the villa.

Location

Situated in a quiet, residential area, with spectacular views of the bay of Javea and surroundings. Only a very short drive from La Barraca beach, and even closer to the nearest shops and restaurants.
