Vista Golf

Vista Golf is situated in a superb location overlooking the 17th hole of Costa Adeje golf course. It is a perfect location for the golfing enthusiast but everyone can enjoy the splendid views of the fairways and the sea with the island of La Gomera shimmering on the horizon. The pretty village of La Caleta is a short drive away, famous for its fish restaurants and traditional fishing harbour. The beach at La Caleta is a mixture of sand and pebbles and is quite small, but a short walk south will take you to the sandy Playa de la Enramada beach. The beach front promenade from La Caleta stretches past Playa de las Americas to Los Cristianos. Both of these busier resorts are about a 15 minute drive from Costa Adeje, and offer the beach fun, nightlife, restaurants and shops that you would expect from established resorts.

Approach

Vista Golf has a wonderful view from the pool terrace and upper balconies, over the 17th hole of Costa Adeje golf course out towards the sea, where the island of La Gomera can be seen shimmering on the horizon.

Ground Floor

Vista Golf has comfortable well equipped accommodation suitable for a small family or couples sharing. The open plan kitchen/dining area has a television with satellite channels and a DVD, as well as a CD radio and comfortable seating for your party. The décor is light and airy, and modern in style. There is a table with seating for four people and patio doors which lead directly onto the sun terrace, where the private pool can be found. The American style kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave and has a breakfast bar. There is a guest cloakroom on this level.

First Floor

Upstairs, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath with a hand held shower, and a separate shower cubicle. The second bedroom has twin beds and has the use of the separate bathroom which has a shower. Both bedrooms and the downstairs living area have free standing fans which are useful in the heat of the day. Both bedrooms also have access to an outdoor covered terrace which affords spectacular views of the surrounding fairways and out to the sea. From here an outdoor staircase leads to the roof terrace.

Outside

The large ground floor terrace has an oval swimming pool which is 6m x 2.9m and 1.5m deep with ladder access. There is a built in barbecue and patio dining furniture for al fresco dining, and several sun loungers. Next to the pool is an open shower, and there is also a covered terrace.

To the rear of the garage there is a separate utility area with exterior access only which houses the washing machine.
