This air conditioned family holiday villa is one of two brand new villas built to a high standard and decorated in a modern style. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are open plan. Yiannis Villa is on two levels.

Approach

This lovely brand new villa is set against a rocky hillside and faces outwards to dramatic sea views. The natural environment in this undiscovered part of South Crete is protected.

Ground Floor

The style of the lower ground living area is open plan. The recessed, modern, fitted kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven, microwave, dish washer and, Fridge. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a separate store room. The dining area is furnished with a table and four chairs and is set within the well sized kitchen. Natural light to this area is afforded by large windows.

White walls give an airy feeling to the living area. A comfortable lounge area is created around the part of the room from where the patio doors lead on to a terrace. Plain, modern sofas are grouped together in front of the terrace with additional features of coffee table and TV. It might be nice to escape from the heat of the sun and sit and watch the TV situated in this area while enjoying a cool breeze from the Libyan sea.

There is a double bedroom on this level with satellite TV and a separate bathroom.

First Floor

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are accessed via a flight of stairs. The bedrooms are furnished in a simple, uncluttered style. Both bedrooms have doors leading on to a shared terrace. Patio furniture is there to encourage our clients to relax and enjoy the stunning sea views. There is a separate, shared bathroom on the upper level with a Jacuzzi bathtub.

Outside

There is a rectangular pool with ladder set in a large terrace to the side of the holiday villa with views down to the sea. A barbeque is shared with the neighbouring villa.

Location

The location of this house with its panoramic views of the Libyan sea and Paximadia and Gavodos islands offers our clients a variety of places to visit. Accessible from Villa Yiannis are the Krioneritis mountains, Preveli Palm Beach, Chora Sfakion, Fragokastella Castle and the Kotsifou gorges. You will be spoilt for choice.
