Pissouri beach is magnificently set in an unspoilt bay between the hills, approximately a five minute car ride from the village. The ‘blue flags’ are proudly flown on the sand and pebble beach, a symbol of its official certification by European Union bodies as a clean beach. Water sports are available including swimming, sailing, windsurfing, paragliding and scuba diving. Qualified instructors are ready to help anyone. A wide choice of tavernas and bars on and around the beach offer food or drinks. Many of then offer freshly caught fish which is really a treat not to be missed.
