All Fort Myers homes are located in the small, exclusive communities of Wellington or Colonial Pointe and are modern and well-appointed within easy reach of the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches at Estero Island with their white sands and gentle waves. Sanibel’s fantastic beaches are a just a little further afield. Canoeing is a great way to explore the local waterways.
