Kaya village is situated just a few kilometres from Fethiye, past the ancient fortress and rock tomb of King Amyntas. Pine trees give way to a centuries old rural landscape where local families still tend their land and animals, although a number of the old Greek stone village houses have now been carefully restored to create charming holiday accommodation. Guests staying here can wander around the valley paths and lanes on foot, bike or even horseback with the chance to stop for refreshment at a teahouse or small local shop. The nearest beach is Gemiler Beach.
